I finally have a chance to sit and write a new entry! I'm almost through with this semester, YAY!!! This week I bought a new SLR camera and have had a chance to take a few pictures of my little cutie. I, by no means, am a pro and I'm not sure I ever will be but with this camera it sure makes me feel like I'm pretty close! I should have bought one before Macie was born, but these bad boys take a lot of funds to pay for. I know it will definitely be one of the best investments of my life and I can't wait to snap all of our memories through the years. Anyway, I've only had the camera two days but here are a few pictures I have had a chance to take:

Our Halloween '09
Last year for Halloween (Macie's first), we didn't go trick-or-treating. Instead we went to Macie's Uncle Nick's football game and on the way, Chris hit a deer in my Tahoe. So, this time of year rolled around and all I could think of was that happening again! Well, I'm glad the night turned out a lot better this go-around. Macie had an absolute blast for her official "first Halloween"! Trick-or-treating just came natural for my little stinker. She looked adorable as a little kitty. We went to Meridian to meet my mom then headed to Clifton to meet my sister and her kiddos. From there we went downtown for a bit then headed back to Meridian for a stroll down Main and Bosque. The very last house we went to was Cole and Sonja Word's and they had a great little haunted house set up that Macie was pretty crazy about. Her fascination was mainly with a spider that dropped from the ceiling. What is pretty creepy is that I found a black widow in my car two days later...ick!!! Her new saying is, "PIDERS UCK!!" (Spiders yuck!) She's so funny. Anyway, here are some pictures from our Halloween adventure...
Macie with her Nana.
With favorite cousin, Hannah.
Dino-Noah. He'll be running around with the other kiddos next year!
The two again.
Mommy and Miss Mace.
This was the haunted house. Piders...UCK!!!
The end of the night. She was not ready to go home!
